            Setting up your mail client for Fast&Secure

            By partnering with Microsoft as a Cloud Solution Provider(CSP), GlobalCerts is able to offer our SMB customers enterprise class email hosting through Microsoft Office 365. Below you will find the settings needed to access your mailbox through any mail client (Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.)

            If you are setting up Microsoft Outlook, you may be able to configure your new account automatically simply by entering your Fast&Secure email address. Please follow these instructions: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Outlook-email-setup-6e27792a-9267-4aa4-8bb6-c84ef146101b

            Otherwise, you may set up your mail client to connect to your Fast&Secure mailbox via IMAP. This will work with any mail client. Here are the IMAP settings:

            IMAP Server: outlook.office365.com
            Port: 993
            Require SSL: YES

            Outgoing server: smtp.office365.com
            Port: 587
            Require SSL: Yes (STARTTLS)

            Please make sure that you are always using an SSL connection when setting up your mail client. Your emails are only as secure as the weakest link, and sending them non-securely to Fast&Secure will defeat the purpose of our service.
